With 25 years in Mainstream Media and Media Education specializing in Change Journalism, Development Communication, and promoting Citizen Journalism in Rural India with a focus on policies and women's voices, Dr Shipra is the founder of pen literacy dot com and the Dharatal talk series. A Consulting Editor with Global Strat View (Washington DC) and Advisor with IIS deemed University (Journalism and Mass Communication Dept), Jaipur Earned first National Media Award by Election Commission of India for election campaign in 3 states (2014), Shreephal Award for Public Service Journalism (2016), and Media Award by Bharat Prakashan for Jal-Andolan (Water Campaign) (2022). Conceptualized and led LAADO campaign across 3 states as *National Campaign Editor*, Launched a series of 60 episodes of TV shows on Changemakers for Patrika's TV platform, worked as Advisor with UN to launch a technology-driven initiative of Mobile Radio in Rajasthan focused on Social Communication and issues of Adolescent Girl child.
