Mandakini Bora is well trained in Classical Singing under the aegis of Ustad Pandit Ratan Jhankar of Bhatkhande university, Lucknow and also did her masters in music. With unique voice quality, Mandakini, has rendered her voice in numerous movies and albums in Assam. She has performed with legendary music maestro Late Bhupen Hazarika and Ghazal Maestro Ghulam ali khan. She is associated with the mission of ‘save the Girl Child’.
